2.     Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number

4.    International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations; availability is confirmed at checkout
  • Estimated delivery for international orders: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
  • Please note: Rashk Perfumes ships perfumes as non-flammable cosmetics. However, some carriers impose restrictions on shipping fragrance internationally. If your order cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5.     Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are entirely the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes

6.    Packaging

  • All fragrances are carefully packaged to prevent breakage during transit
  • Orders are shipped in tamper-evident, secure packaging befitting the Rashk Perfumes brand
  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery

7.     Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch

8.    Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility
  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges will apply
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

9.    Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours
  • We will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf; resolution timelines depend on the courier's process
  • Rashk Perfumes is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided
